Comfort Advisor

Hobaica Services - Champions Group is seeking a Comfort Advisor to guide residential customers in Phoenix, AZ through HVAC, plumbing, and electrical replacement and upgrade options. You'll perform in home evaluations, present customized comfort solutions, and clearly explain pricing, rebates, and financing. Partner with technicians, follow up on leads, and build long-term customer relationships while meeting sales goals with integrity. Responsibilities

• Perform in-home comfort consultations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs
• Evaluate existing systems and discuss comfort, efficiency, and budget goals with customers
• Develop and present customized replacement and upgrade options
• Explain pricing, warranties, rebates, and financing clearly and transparently
• Follow up on company-generated leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with technicians and install teams to ensure successful project completion
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and conversion goals
• Provide friendly, professional customer service that reflects company values
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training
• Drive safely to customer homes across the greater Phoenix area
