Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or developer.
• HEDIS experience is mandatory.
• Strong domain understanding of US Healthcare domain including member, claims, pharmacy, EHR, and provider data.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and SQL is required.
• Ability to analyze requirements and generate reports with proficiency using Databricks and SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth and provide fixes from both technical and domain perspectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and generate reports with proficiency using Databricks and SQL.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for report generation.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth, analyzing and fixing issues from technical and domain standpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise as needed.
• Maintain strong communication and customer interfacing standards.
