The Role

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for members.
• Deliver emergency breakdown support, handling issues from flat batteries to complex faults.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, with a demand-led schedule averaging 40 hours per week.
• Respond to calls across the UK, offering quick, confident solutions and reassurance.
• Utilize provided tools, diagnostic kits, and a dedicated a leading employer in this sector van for all repair needs.
• Enjoy variety in your daily tasks, tackling different vehicle issues and roadside challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions for each customer.
• A proactive problem-solver and ambassador for roadside assistance.
