About the Role

A labor and employment law practice is seeking an experienced Healthcare Regulatory Partner to expand its healthcare regulatory and compliance capabilities. This entrepreneurial role is suited to a partner who can independently grow a practice and collaborate across a national legal network.

What You'll Do

• Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters.

• Build and grow a healthcare-focused practice within a labor and employment law team.

• Develop client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support clients and identify cross-practice opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and at least 10 years of practicing attorney experience in labor and employment law.

• Deep specialization in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.

• A portable book of business of approximately $1 million.

• Experience at an AmLaw firm or legal boutique.

• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
