The role also represents North American Warranty Operations in global initiatives, system implementations, and cross-functional projects.

Duties Include:

  • Manage user access and security controls for warranty systems, including documentation, approvals, audits, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Lead the resolution of Service Global Issues (GIMs/Sirius tickets), including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and business requirement development for policy and system enhancements.
  • Participate in audit activities and ensure compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls across the North America warranty systems portfolio.
  • Partner with ICT and business stakeholders to define requirements, develop business cases, support testing activities, and manage warranty system projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Support global and regional warranty initiatives, system upgrades, process improvements, and strategic projects as assigned by management.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and user communications to support operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Provide technical and business support to Warranty Operations and other Technical Service Operations teams as needed.
