Senior Strategic Account Executive, Automotive

Conversica is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive, Automotive to drive new business growth across large and strategically important automotive dealer groups.

This is a senior individual contributor role focused on developing, navigating, and closing opportunities within complex dealer organizations. You'll own a portfolio of strategic dealer groups and work across multiple levels of these organizations, from individual rooftops and operational leaders to executive decision-makers, to build initial relationships, establish value, and expand adoption across the broader group.

We're looking for an experienced automotive technology seller who understands how dealerships operate, knows how buying decisions are made across different dealer group structures, and can quickly establish credibility in the market. You'll need to be equally comfortable opening doors, developing executive relationships, running a complex consultative sales process, and finding creative paths into accounts.

Conversica is a lean, fast-moving organization, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy. Beyond closing business, you'll bring insights from the market back into the organization and partner with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to help shape our evolving Automotive go-to-market strategy.
