Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager is responsible for numerous direct reports and technicians. They are responsible for all lines, operations, wastewater treatment, warehouse, and plant utilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development and execution of capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the Plant Engineer and Leadership Team
• Manage and improve the preventive maintenance program, including equipment reliability, backlog management, periodic overhauls, and the annual R&&M budget
• Lead regulatory programs including Arc Flash, LOTO, Confined Space, and PSM, while supporting water, energy, waste reduction, and sustainability initiatives
• Lead direct and indirect employees through coaching, training, performance management, productivity monitoring, and policy enforcement

Required Skills && Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience maintenance management experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, boiler systems, building maintenance, etc.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm while also being on-call
• Project management experience

Preferred Skills && Experience
