The Role

  • Provide direct customer support for technical and proposal inquiries across hygienic valves, aseptic valves, hygienic pumps, and cleaning technology product lines.
  • Apply fluid dynamics concepts to select and size optimal pumps, valves, and cleaning systems for specific hygienic applications.
  • Determine special product specifications for control valves, safety valves, vacuum valves, cleaning systems, and more.
  • Integrate correct communication and control modules into flow component products for seamless customer system design.
  • Utilize specialized product sizing and selection software to choose appropriate pump and valve products.
  • Collaborate closely with European factories and U.S. fabricators to ensure product specifications and delivery.

What You'll Need

  • 2-5 years of experience in application engineering and technical sales support.
  • An Associate's degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and related industry practices.
  • Knowledge of sanitary liquid processing equipment and processes.
  • Familiarity with solenoid control technology and communication protocols is essential.
  • Proficiency with product sizing and selection software is a key requirement.
