Systems Architect with Security Clearance

Overview VTG is seeking a Systems Architect to lead our team in designing scalable, high-availability systems, with a proven ability to architect complex web and micro service applications using a combination of commercial and custom software. What will you do? * * Experience as a team's software architect, lead software developer, lead DevOps engineer, or similar technical leadership role * 10+ years of software development experience * 5+ years of Linux software development * 5+ years of designing software for cloud-based systems * 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services * 2+ years leading or developing DevOps solutions Do you have what it takes? Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one of employment * Mandatory Requirements * Experience as a team's software architect, lead software developer, lead DevOps engineer, or similar technical leadership role * 10+ years of software development experience * 5+ years of Linux software development * 5+ years of designing software for cloud-based systems * 3+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services * 2+ years leading or developing DevOps solutions * TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Optional Requirements * Experience leading software development teams to success through regular Agile sprint deliveries * Expert level experience with Node.js * Expert level experience with Angular (including Angular Signals) * Experience delivering AI-assistive features to users * Experience making substantial UI/UX recommendations or decisions * Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and/or Redis * Experience maintaining currency in emerging technologies
