About the Role Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior SAP Data Services Developer - Data Migration to support the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The Junior SAP Data Services Developer will support SAP data integration and migration activities, including the development and maintenance of data integration workflows, mappings, transformations, data profiling, cleansing, validation, and performance optimization. This role will collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and participate in quality-management activities, including peer reviews and reviews of specifications, design documents, and code. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust. An active Public Trust is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations.
  • Support seamless integration of data with other systems and applications.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to support data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Optimize SAP Data Services jobs for improved performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in quality-management activities, including peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code.
  • Support SAP S/4HANA data conversion and migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot data integration, migration, and transformation issues.
  • Support technical documentation associated with data integration and migration activities. Minimum Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ABAP experience with emphasis on FI, including AR/AP/GL/FM, SMART Forms, and SAP Scripts.
  • Experience supporting SAP data integration, conversion, migration, or transformation activities.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, mappings, and transformations.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional teams and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Public Trust.
  • Advanced experience with data conversions.
  • Advanced SAP S/4HANA experience.
  • Experience optimizing SAP Data Services jobs for performance and scalability.
  • Experience participating in technical specification, design, and code reviews.
  • Experience supporting SAP data migration within a federal environment. Education
  • Bachelor's degree.
