In this hands-on role, you will operate equipment, maintain a high standard of quality, and ensure every customer order ships accurately and on time for their next big play on the field or court!

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add-on services with a quality first approach. 
• Operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately.
• Inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping.
• Meet on-time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations.
• Organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines.
• Communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor.
• Support team goals by assisting coworkers and helping maintain an efficient workflow.
• You must have a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for quality and craftsmanship.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a seasonal position with the potential to be retained on a permanent basis. This position is expected to work 20 to 40 hours per week in our fulfillment center in Kansas City, MO. Available hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.

$15.00 per hour with bonus potential and a monthly flex perk allotment
