Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our services and products over the phone, managing lead documentation, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Strong verbal communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric attitude are essential.


Job Details

Locations Available: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site) OR Gurugram (On-site)

Experience: 1 to 3 years of telesales experience required

Work Schedule: 6 days working


Key Responsibilities

Promote and explain company products and services to prospective clients via outbound and inbound calls.

Maintain accurate documentation of calls, customer feedback, and lead status.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.


Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, with experience in healthcare or pharma being preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and Kannada

Basic knowledge of documentation and computer use including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone demeanor.
