The Role

• Provide service-oriented food and beverage service to patients.
• Serve meals to employees and maintain appealing buffets for staff dining.
• Contribute to special events and perform various housekeeping duties.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.

What You'll Need

• Good command of German (spoken and written); basic English skills are a plus.
• Presentable appearance and good manners.
• Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not required.
• Independent, motivated, and flexible work approach with a high standard for quality.
• Commitment, reliability, resilience, and strong team and customer orientation.
