Job description

Servicekraft (m/f/d) | Lensahn, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a dedicated Servicekraft to enhance the daily experience of patients at a leading medical facility located on the Baltic Sea coast. This hospital, a cornerstone of medical care in its region, specializes in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, serving approximately 50,000 patients annually across acute and rehabilitation care. The Role

  • Provide service-oriented food and beverage service to patients.
  • Serve meals to employees and maintain appealing buffets for staff dining.
  • Contribute to special events and perform various housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.

What You'll Need

  • Good command of German (spoken and written); basic English skills are a plus.
  • Presentable appearance and good manners.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not required.
  • Independent, motivated, and flexible work approach with a high standard for quality.
  • Commitment, reliability, resilience, and strong team and customer orientation.
