This role is a strong fit for experienced providers who understand how supervision can shape ethical and confident clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
• Review documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and clinical cases
• Support supervisees with confidence, skill-building, and professional growth
• Follow Florida supervision requirements
• Maintain organized supervision communication and records

• Active Florida clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must meet Florida requirements to provide supervision
• Experience supervising registered interns or developing clinicians preferred
