AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking a highly skilled .NET Technical Lead / Full Stack Lead who should possess strong technical leadership capabilities along with hands-on expertise in cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture. Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI Assisted solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical strategies. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers staying hands-on with development.
Experienced .NET Technical Lead / Full Stack Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies, Angular, Microservices, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities along with hands-on expertise in cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture. Drive the design, development, and deployment of AI Assisted solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical strategies. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers staying hands-on with development.
AI forward Full stack Developer Lead – Angular, Azure, SQL, .Net, APIs, Python, GitHub Copilot, React
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development
- Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Build RESTful APIs and Microservices-based architecture
- Develop responsive and modern UI applications using Angular
- Ensure clean architecture, SOLID principles, and coding best practices
Cloud & Azure Engineering
- Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Work with Azure services including:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage (Blob, Queue)
- Azure API Management
- Ensure scalability, high availability, security, and cost optimization
DevOps & Automation
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage
- Maintain code repositories and branching strategies
- Drive automation for build, testing, and deployment processes
AI-Assisted Development
- Utilize AI-assisted capabilities for:
- Solution architecture and design
- Requirements analysis and documentation generation
- Full-stack .NET application development (UI, API, Services, and Database layers)
- Code generation and code optimization
- Unit, integration, and automated test creation
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and deployment automation
- CI/CD pipeline development and release management
- Technical documentation, knowledge articles, and runbook creation
- Code review, quality assurance, and security analysis
- Developer productivity and engineering efficiency improvements
Technical Leadership
- Lead development teams through design reviews and code reviews
- Define architecture guidelines and technical standards
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
Performance & Quality
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions such as Application Insights
- Write unit and integration tests and enforce quality gates
Required Skills:
Core Technologies:
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Frontend development experience with React
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
- Cloud & DevOps
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD implementation
- Understanding of cloud architecture patterns and best practices
Tools & Practices:
- Experience with Git / GitHub
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, TDD, and CI/CD practices
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools
- Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
