About the Role

• Start Date: January 2026
• Roster: 9-day fortnight | 10-hour shifts
• Location: Brisbane Plant Yard, with site work Year 2 & 3
• Training: Hands-on experience + formal training to achieve your trade qualification
• Work Includes: Repairs, servicing, and breakdown support for heavy mobile and fixed plant equipment in a workshop environment

• Service Milestone Bonuses:

What We’re Looking For

• Valid manual driver’s licence and own transport
• Year 12 certificate or higher
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
• Commitment to completing a 4-year apprenticeship
• Willingness to work on-site from Year 2
• A positive attitude that reflects Redpath’s motto:
