Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | Plainville, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500 We're hiring for a respected defense and security company known for its enduring mission to help nations maintain safety and security. The Role • Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for radar systems, encompassing verification and validation activities. • Oversee complex software and hardware integration, including the development of test environments and tools. • Drive the development and execution of intricate test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal teams and external customers. • Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering technical growth within the team. • Contribute to the adoption of new design and development methodologies to enhance quality and implementation speed. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering. • Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Substantial background in Radar system integration and testing, both software and hardware. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience. • Experience with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development or systems analysis.
