Senior CNO Developer with Security Clearance

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior CNO Developer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manages designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging, and maintaining hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
* Ensure compliance of software standards with security concepts and networks.
* Communicate status with leadership and customers.
* Ensure software standards are applied consistently.
* Supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation collaborative (IIC) staff.
* Takes direction from more senior personnel.
* Collaborate with other CNO Developers.
Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 13+ years of experience OR Associate's degree and 11+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 7+ years, OR a PhD with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience.
* Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
* Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Linux, Mobile, Network devices).
* Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in IT-related discipline
* 5+ years of position-specific relevant experience
Clearance Requirements: * An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
* Must be a U.S. citizen.
Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
* Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
* Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
