About the role Location: Remote Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (Programmer 3) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. The successful candidate will contribute advanced software development expertise across data integration, analysis, reporting, user interface development, and CI/CD activities. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and an active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions supporting a large-scale .NET application.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.
• Develop solutions for multi-source data integration and deduplication.
• Analyze data trends and patterns.
• Develop queries and reporting capabilities.
• Design and develop user interfaces.
• Support mobile application development.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and automated software delivery.
• Develop solutions using .NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams supporting highly available national security systems Minimum Qualifications
• US Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.
• Experience with trend and pattern analysis, query development, and reporting.
• Experience with user interface design and development.
• Hands-on working knowledge of .NET Framework.
• Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with C#.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
• Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Located in Colorado or the DMV area.
• Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.
• Experience with the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
