The Role • Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests in the waterpark and on flumes. • Support and lead poolside activities to create memorable guest moments. • Undertake accommodation cleaning duties on designated days. • Work flexibly across different teams to provide comprehensive guest support. • Contribute to a positive and fun guest experience through engagement and service. What You'll Need • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety. • A warm, engaging, and customer-focused approach. • Ability to pass a swim test (50m under 75 seconds, treading water, surface dive, unaided climb out). • Willingness to learn and work as part of a diverse team. • Enthusiasm for creating fun and exciting experiences for guests. • No prior lifeguard qualification is strictly required; training is provided.
