It can be built full-time or part-time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build Your Own Brand: Use your marketing and storytelling skills to grow a personal brand and online presence that attracts people interested in personal growth.
- Generate Genuine Interest: Apply proven digital marketing systems, all provided, to create enquiries from people who want to learn more.
- Share Programmes You Believe In: Introduce our partner's award-winning Personal Empowerment and Self-Growth Training courses to people for whom they're a good fit.
- Lead and Mentor: As your business grows, recruit, train and mentor other motivated professionals building their own businesses.
- Own Your Results: Set your own goals and take full ownership of your growth.
- Embrace Continuous Improvement: Learn from challenges, adapt to market dynamics and contribute to a progressive team culture.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least six years of proven professional experience in marketing leadership, brand management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding growth and engagement targets.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed in an independent capacity.
- A growth mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. You will be promoting personal development programmes, so be sure you can see yourself fully engaging with them.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills for a remote work environment.
