Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

• Follow up with internet leads, showroom guests, and previous customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
