The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support to members in need.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Work independently to provide quick and confident solutions.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding service to members during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your day from home, managing your own schedule.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
