Job Title: Flight Operations Support Services

Location: GODFREY IL / St. Louis, Missouri 

 

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field
• Manage daily activity of Personnel who perform Tier 1 Flight Ops (“Tier 1 FlightOps team”) within a single team to meet Customer’s operating requirements
• Ensure performance of all Tier 1 FlightOps activities in accordance with this SOW
• Provide quality and safety assurance of Tier 1 FlightOps team activities at Customer’s facilities within a sector
• Identify and report Tier 1 FlightOps team performance deficiencies to Contractor management
• Identify nest equipment deficiencies to Contractor management
• Identify and report crew equipment deficiencies to Contractor management
• Provide Tier 1 FlightOps team availability and performance information to Contractor management
