Job description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI systems and platforms. Set technical direction and standards, modernize legacy systems, establish AI-enabled development practices, and guide engineering teams in building secure, reliable, production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver scalable, resilient AI systems using LLMs, agentic systems, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
  • Define enterprise architecture patterns, integration standards, and reusable platform capabilities.
  • Lead AI-driven modernization of legacy systems, including code transformation and service decomposition.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices.
  • Establish AI governance, monitoring, evaluation, and responsible AI standards.
  • Mentor engineering teams and guide adoption of AI-assisted development and continuous system improvement.
