The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure optimal patient care delivery
• Identify and advise supervisors on potential staffing issues and improvements
• Ensure compliance of employee and student files with regulatory standards
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff
• Distribute the nursing schedule efficiently and in a timely manner
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a healthcare setting
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
