We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Assistant to join a leading international healthcare facility renowned for its expertise in specialized pediatric medicine, neurosurgery, and orthopedic treatments. This facility is a recognized teaching hospital, committed to innovation and providing exceptional patient care.

The Role

• Ensure the proper reprocessing of medical devices, including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization according to current standards and legal requirements.
• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately assemble instrument sets based on pack lists and package them professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and safety in all sterilization processes.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the Level I or Level II specialized training course for Sterilization Assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility for task quality.
• Good German language skills, at least at B2 level.
• Basic proficiency with IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and a strong team orientation.
