NTI Australia is seeking a 12-month maternity cover in Brisbane to support the Claims team.
Reporting to the National Continuous Improvement Manager, you will shape how Claims operates across NTI by using customer insights, operational data and quality outcomes to identify opportunities, influence change and drive continuous improvement initiatives that deliver better experiences for our customers and stronger business performance.
