•    2–5 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including charge capture or clinical billing operations

•    Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs in a consulting or advisory capacity

•    Strong executive presence with experience managing relationships with VP and C-suite-level stakeholders

•    Deep knowledge of HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and healthcare regulatory compliance
