The Role

• Operating, monitoring, and setting up production machinery
• Performing basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
• Utilizing a production data recording system
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of machinery
• Conducting product and equipment trials

What You'll Need

• Meticulous and precise work approach
• Technical understanding of filling and packaging machinery
• Hands-on experience in production or a trade
• Forklift operator experience is a plus, or willingness to obtain qualification
• Availability for shift work (early, late, and night shifts)
• Basic proficiency in the German language
• Commitment to performance and responsibility
