Job description
DFP Recruitment seeks an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to drive EC projects, enhancements and innovation. You will lead functional design, configuration and integrations while partnering with HR and IT stakeholders to continuously improve EC capabilities.
This role requires 8-10+ years in EC implementations, strong data model and workflow expertise, and proven leadership across global teams.
