Job Description

AI Lead / Architect – Data Integration

Location: Auburn Hills, MI / Detroit Area
Work Model: Onsite
Experience: 10+ Years

Primary Focus: AI Development + Agentic AI + Data Integration

Lead architecture and development of AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and multi-agent solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, Conversational AI, and AI development.
Design data integration, APIs, event-driven architectures, and canonical data models.
Strong AWS experience, including designing cloud environments/platforms to support AI capabilities.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, ERP, ITSM, and other enterprise systems.
Design AI workflows supporting sequential, parallel, event-driven, conditional, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
Define AI security, identity, authorization, data privacy, observability, and responsible-AI guardrails.
Ideal candidate is a former developer who progressed into an Architect/Lead role and can still provide hands-on technical direction.
