Location: OL4

Pay:£13.10 per hour, plus 15p per mile fuel allowance

Shifts: full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends, sleeping nights

What you’ll do

Every person we support is different, so no two days will be exactly the same.

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

  • Support individuals to develop and maintain their independence
  • Encourage choice, confidence and involvement in everyday decisions
  • Support with shopping, cooking and household tasks
  • Help individuals access activities and opportunities in their local community
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support with appointments and social activities
  • Assist with medication where required
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect where needed
  • Work alongside colleagues, families and other professionals to provide person-centred support

Above all, you’ll take the time to understand each individual and what a good day looks like for them.
