Guide leadership teams on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning to drive sustainable organizational performance.
Direct market statistical reporting and budgeting to deliver accurate business intelligence and strategic insight.
Recommend high-impact operational and growth strategies based on thorough analyses of financial, accounting and industry trends.
Plan and coordinate financial resources across department services to maximize operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Education
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial experience within a hospital setting.
- At least 2 years leadership/management experience within finance.
