Senior Director of Finance

• Guide leadership teams on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning to drive sustainable organizational performance.

• Direct market statistical reporting and budgeting to deliver accurate business intelligence and strategic insight.

• Recommend high-impact operational and growth strategies based on thorough analyses of financial, accounting and industry trends.

• Plan and coordinate financial resources across department services to maximize operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial experience within a hospital setting.
• At least 2 years leadership/management experience within finance.
