we're hiring a Blue Card Configuration & Production Support Lead to own Blue Card configuration within HealthRules Payor (HRP), supporting a major go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Own Blue Card configuration activities end-to-end - including backend configuration logic and system integration, not just front-end benefit setup - serve as the primary escalation point for production issues, diagnose and resolve configuration defects impacting claims processing, and support knowledge transfer as HealthEdge transitions off the program.

What you need:

• 7+ years healthcare payer experience
• 5+ years Blue Card experience
• 5+ years HRP experience, or 5 10+ years with Facets, QNXT, or similar core systems (HRP strongly preferred, not required)
• Strong technical/backend depth - this is not a front-end benefit configuration role. The client needs someone comfortable working at the system architecture/backend integration level, not solely within front-end configuration tools (e.g., Benefits Designer-type interfaces)
• Experience with ITS transaction coding/development is a plus
• Experience supporting large-scale payer implementations and go-lives
• Prior consulting or managed services experience strongly preferred
