The Role

• Provide comprehensive, independent care for patients.
• Treat patients according to current medical standards, including diagnostics, therapy, and prevention.

• Make appropriate referrals to specialized physicians when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the non-medical team.

What You'll Need

• Recognized qualification as a specialist in General Medicine or Internal Medicine with a focus on family practice, and a valid license to practice.
• A proactive personality with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to maintain and develop high-quality medical care.
• Ideally, some prior experience and knowledge of medical practice operations and organization.
• A team-oriented approach, balanced with an awareness of individual strengths.
• Organized, conscientious, and communicative demeanor, open to new methods, digital tools, and process optimization.
