ReactJS Platform Engineer

Position: ReactJS Platform Engineer
Location : San Leandro CA (Onsite)

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing React.js-based applications using Redux.
Strong proficiency with Node.js, Webpack, and other tools related to React front-end development.
Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and development tools.
Experience developing enterprise-grade responsive web applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5+ years of demonstrated experience developing web applications using front-end technologies and related testing tools and methodologies.
Experience working in Agile environments, including daily stand-ups, Scrum ceremonies, and accountability to the software development team.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and changing situations with a focus on delivering the best customer experience.
Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale, high-quality systems.
Conduct frequent brainstorming sessions, motivate teams, and drive innovation while helping managers guide the career growth of their team members.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of making sound technical decisions and judgments.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
