We are seeking passionate Special Education Needs Teachers to join an impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs within your local area. This is an opportunity to make a significant difference through flexible, creative, and trauma-informed teaching.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering tailored tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan lessons, report on progress, and provide regular feedback to students and stakeholders.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with diverse learning difficulties.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects (Maths, English, or Science).
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a secure learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS check (can be facilitated) and professional references.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
