We're hiring for a leading national operator of specialized clinics, renowned for its comprehensive psychosomatic and internationally recognized health services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team focused on providing exceptional care to young patients at a newly established adolescent psychiatric unit.

The Role

• Provide holistic nursing care and support for children and adolescent patients in shift service.
• Monitor patient progress, observe the course of illness, and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Independently carry out physician-ordered medical measures and collaborate closely with the medical and therapeutic team.
• Maintain structured nursing documentation and handle organizational tasks within the ward.
• Actively contribute to a respectful, structured, and safe environment within an interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), specialized nurse (m/f/d), or pediatric nurse (m/f/d).
• Strong social competence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, some prior experience in psychiatry (though not a strict requirement).
