Contract Consultant
Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield
Contract Type: Temporary (up to 4 months)
Salary: £26,665 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some evening and weekend work will be required)

What you'll be doing
As a Contract Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their recruitment & onboarding journey while working closely with the wider contract team.

- Supporting candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities
- Acting as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Using a range of sourcing techniques to attract and engage suitable candidates.
- Maintaining effective communication between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring candidate records and recruitment systems are updated accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the team in meeting recruitment targets and contractual requirements
We're looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals who can demonstrate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
