BMC Control-M

Introduction:

This position involves scheduling and managing batch jobs using BMC Control-M. The individual will be responsible for managing batch workload on AJF for both mainframe and client server applications. They will also analyze alert messages and escalate issues as needed to ensure SLA's are met. Additionally, TSO/ISPF will be used to analyze job status and identify any potential issues.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize BMC Control-M for scheduling and managing batch jobs
• Manage batch workload on AJF for mainframe and client server applications
• Analyze alert messages and escalate issues when necessary
• Use TSO/ISPF to analyze job status and identify issues
• Work with Nagios, IP Monitor, and Tivoli for monitoring purposes
