Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Portal Developer who will lead the design, programming, and testing work for the first stages of the SLDS Portal.

Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual front-end design documents, including wireframes and UI mockups, in coordination with OA Client staff to meet Keystone Design System (KDS) requirements.
• Develop back-end technical documentation including data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and other architectural documents to support development activities.
• Serve as lead programmer for the SLDS Portal web application.
• Coordinate with OA Client staff to identify network, database, application, and other technical requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with the GGDC Project Manager and other staff to identify status, risks, obstacles, and other items that may impact the SLDS Portal development roadmap.
• Serve as the lead testing contact for the SLDS Portal web application.
• Develop and execute test cases and perform remediation of identified system bugs and other deficiencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience with the web application technologies utilized for the SLDS Portal required.
• Mid-level to senior-level application development experience required.
• Experience developing front-end design documentation including wireframes and UI mockups required.
• Experience developing technical documentation including data dictionaries, ERDs, and architectural documentation required.
• Experience serving as a lead programmer for web application development initiatives required.
• Experience coordinating with technical and business stakeholders to identify application, database, network, and technical requirements required.
• Experience developing and executing test cases required.
• Experience identifying and resolving system bugs and application deficiencies required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
