Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EDI Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), healthcare data integration, X12 transactions, and EDI mapping.

The ideal candidate should have experience developing, implementing, and supporting healthcare EDI integrations across payer, provider, and external partner systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain EDI integrations for healthcare applications.

• Work with ANSI X12 EDI transaction formats and healthcare data exchange standards.

• Develop EDI mappings, transformations, validation rules, and integration workflows.

• Support healthcare transactions involving claims, eligibility, enrollment, and remittance.

• Troubleshoot EDI processing failures, data mismatches, and integration errors.

• Coordinate with internal application teams, external trading partners, and business stakeholders.

• Perform EDI testing, data validation, issue resolution, and production support.

• Maintain integration documentation, mapping specifications, and interface configurations.

Good to Have

• Healthcare payer / health insurance domain experience.

• Experience with HIPAA transaction standards.

• Knowledge of EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration tools.

• Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and SQL.

• Experience supporting large-scale healthcare integrations.
