The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring optimal staffing and performance. • Drive membership sales and achieve team and individual targets through effective coaching and strategy. • Oversee sales activities, including lead generation, tours, and membership presentations, to meet club objectives. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment focused on member success and satisfaction. • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training to enhance sales and customer service skills. • Collaborate with management to strategize on sales goals and ensure consistent communication of club performance and needs.
