Job Description

IT Business Support Analyst_ Remote

1 year contract, possible extension and/or conversion to full-time

CST or EST preferred

Day to Day:

Managing tickets related to system integration issues, life cycle to development related.
Assist with data migration from legacy to forward systems.

Key focus areas:

Managing ServiceNow tickets tied to system integration and lifecycle/development issues
Supporting data migration and platform consolidation efforts
Collaborating across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams
Monitoring system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements
Providing support beyond a traditional helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving)
Complementary Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems
