Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (VC), Configure-to-Order (CTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of sales order processing, configurable materials, BOM management, and end-to-end order fulfillment within complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP SD solution design and implementation for CTO/ETO business processes.
- Configure and support SAP Variant Configuration models, classes, characteristics, and dependencies.
- Design and support configurable materials and Sales Order BOM processing.
- Support configurable product structures and end-to-end order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and business teams.
- Support integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, VC, and PLM systems.
- Conduct requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
- Lead functional testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements across configurable manufacturing and order fulfillment.

Required Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Strong hands-on SAP Variant Configuration (VC) experience.
- Experience with Sales Order BOM and configurable materials.
- Extensive CTO and ETO manufacturing experience.
- Strong understanding of configurable product structures.
- Strong integration knowledge across SD, MM, PP, VC, and Engineering processes.
- Experience with complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- SAP PLM integration experience.
- Engineering Change Management experience.
- Experience supporting global SAP manufacturing transformations.
