Early Careers Senior Recruiter - Mainland Europe

Job Summary:

Participates in the recruiting, screening, and interviewing processes to fill current or expected job vacancies. May communicate with applicants and candidates regarding consideration for employment and the specifics of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruits, screens and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies in alignment with the organization’s recruiting strategies and legislative requirements. Reviews and evaluates applicant's background information in comparison to the job vacancy and facilitates the applicable reference checks, background checks and applicant testing processes. Communicates with candidates regarding their application status; may extend job offers and prepares the appropriate job offer paperwork processes. Informs candidates of jobs duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule and conditions, and career advancement opportunities. Ensures the organization's recruiting processes are carried out in accordance with applicable internal policies, procedures and government legislation. Communicates with external recruitment contacts to provide information regarding career opportunities. May travel to recruiting events. Arranges interviews and travel logistics for selected applicants; partners with line human resources to ensure interview and selection process progress smoothly. Collaborates with hiring managers and other key stakeholders in the recruiting process. Utilizes and maintains applicant tracking system including periodic reporting to stakeholders. Competencies:

External Talent Sourcing - Identifies and applies appropriate candidate sourcing methodologies and tools to identify, attract and engage a diverse pool of talent in the external market.
Human Resources Business Process Execution - Manages the execution of Human Resources business processes, seeking efficiency, accuracy, positive business performance outcomes and operational agility; integrates activities across processes as needed; assures compliance with process and legal requirements; effectively balances process requirements and business leader needs.
Human Resources Consulting - Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgment informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to diagnose, identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
Minimal level of relevant work experience required.

• Manage end-to-end Early Careers recruitment across Mainland Europe, supporting interns, apprentices, working students and dual students.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
• Manage job advertising, application review, candidate screening and shortlisting across assigned European markets.
• Conduct initial candidate screening conversations and coordinate candidates through interviews and selection.
• Manage candidates through the offer process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience through to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, pipelines and risks.
• Develop and manage relationships with universities, educational institutions and student organisations across Mainland Europe.
• Manage relationships with relevant Early Careers job boards and attraction platforms, identifying opportunities to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Support university events, careers fairs and targeted attraction activities across key European markets.
• Track recruitment performance and market insights, using data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Early Careers recruitment.
