Type: Long-Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced telecommunications and infrastructure leader to oversee the planning, deployment, operational readiness, and support of telecommunications services across multiple high-profile locations within a large-scale technology program.
The Cluster Telecom Service Manager (CTSM) will lead cross-functional teams responsible for network deployment, service activation, operational support, testing, and ongoing performance management across multiple sites. This role serves as a key leadership position, ensuring successful delivery of telecommunications services while managing risks, schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of telecommunications services across multiple locations
- Lead site managers, project teams, engineers, and vendor partners to ensure successful implementation and operational readiness
- Coordinate network deployment activities, testing, commissioning, cutovers, and support transitions
- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Monitor program schedules, risks, issues, and mitigation activities
- Ensure services meet established performance targets, operational requirements, and service levels
- Provide executive-level reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate resource planning, access requirements, logistics, and operational support activities
- Support incident management, escalation processes, and ongoing service performance
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, IT operations, or large-scale technology delivery
- Experience leading complex multi-site deployments or large infrastructure programs
- Experience managing managers, site leads, engineering teams, or vendor organizations
- Strong understanding of:
- WAN/LAN infrastructure
- Wi-Fi and wireless networking
- Telecom services and carrier environments
- Network operations and service delivery
- Experience with operational readiness, testing, cutovers, and production support
- Strong project/program management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, or related certifications
- Experience working within telecommunications carriers, systems integrators, or enterprise infrastructure environments
- Experience supporting large campus, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, or other multi-location deployments
- Knowledge of service management and ITIL-based operational practices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
