Job Description:

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end go-to-market execution, ensuring launch readiness across business and operational functions. The candidate will oversee integrated launch planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and phased rollout execution.

This position requires close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Service, Finance, and Risk/Compliance teams. The role involves driving stakeholder alignment, facilitating decision-making, and resolving blockers to meet launch timelines. The candidate will manage launch governance including executive updates, decision logs, and escalation management. Strong focus on launch readiness, enablement, training coordination, and communication planning is essential. The individual will ensure all compliance approvals, disclosures, and control checkpoints are completed before launch. The role also includes risk tracking, issue mitigation, and incident coordination during launch and hypercare periods.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in GTM, program management, product operations, or business transformation.
• Prior experience in digital banking product launches within financial services or regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence without authority are critical for success.
• Experience in change management and customer-facing rollout enablement is an added advantage.
• Own and manage the integrated GTM launch plan, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive launch governance through workstream reviews, executive reporting, and escalation
